Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I open an account?
From the menu, select "My Account", and then select "Register to Play". Supply
the information asked for, and click, "Submit."
2. How do I deposit or withdraw funds from my account?
Using your credit card. When you are going to make deposit go to "My Account,
located at the top of the Fantasy 911 page. Then select "Make a Deposit." Enter
the amount you wish to deposit, and then click on the credit card. When you are
fished, click on "My Account" button (on Fantasy911), and "View Account
Summary" to verify that the funds have been properly added.
3. What is the minimum amount I can deposit?
The minimum deposit is $20.
4. When are the winners decided?
The winners are decided between 2am and 4am EST. following the games played.
For football contests, the week's contest winners will not be determined until
after the conclusion of the Monday Night Football game.
5. How do I withdraw funds from my account?
To request a payment, select "My Account" from the menu. Then select "Request
Payment." Fill out the form, making sure all of the information is correct.
Then click "Submit." You will receive a check within a few days.

7. Can I really win these contests?
YES. If you are a true sports die hard fan, you can win them. Everyday there is
a guaranteed winner.
8. Is playing Fantasy911 legal?
All Fantasy911 contests are completely legal and comply with all fantasy sports
rules and regulations.
9. Can I cancel or change my play?
Once you select the "Accept" button, all contest entries are final, and cannot
be canceled. You can only change your play for players whose games have not
started. Make sure you review all contest entries before you click on the
"Accept" button.
10. When will the winners be posted?
Click on "My Account" from the menu, and select "View Account Summary" to
verify that the funds have been properly added.
11. What is Fantasy911 refund policy?
Fantasy911 nor any of its partners or affiliates shall be liable for any act,
failure, corruption, omission, delay or other such error related to the
provision of Game information, including Game statistics, to the extent that
such act, failure, corruption, omission or delay arises from any cause
reasonably beyond its control including acts of God, weather, strikes,
lockouts, riots, acts of war, epidemics, governmental action after the date of
this Agreement, fire, communication line failures, failed data transmission,
power failures, earthquakes or other disasters (called "Force Majeure").
Fantasy911 shall endeavor in every way to provide regular, reliable game data,
and in cases of error or delay, shall post official game data as soon as such
becomes available. If an act of Force Majeure restricts or prevents the
operation of the Game as described in these Rules, the company shall have no
further obligation hereunder, including no obligation to provide the stated
prizes or refund any purchase amount.
12. When are requested payments paid out?
Payment requests will be issued the first and the fifteenth of each month.
